Fireworks & Kettle Corn

Last night we enjoyed the Kincardine fireworks sitting on the beach. A ton of people were there, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if the whole town showed up for them. They lasted at least 15 minutes and were fabulous! I loved the ones that shot into the air, then burst open, landed in the water and spurt more fireworks from there.

We also enjoyed kettle corn which was a salty sweet popcorn. The line up for it was long and as quickly as it was made and bagged it was sold. A yummy treat it was.

So what can this all mean in our life? Well life has its fireworks times and the dud times too. My daughter's wedding week was a "firework" experience. Times when she was sick as a child... dud times. A great Sunday morning service where the energy is up up can feel like a firework experience...thrilling. Life is made up of both and I think the trick is to enjoy whatever is happening.
Pic... We were sitting behind Jenn and Greg on the beach.
