Yes!

Our instructor the other day said that she says YES! as best as she can. I got to thinking about that. She was saying that whatever comes along.... "Would you like to go there?" YES!  "Would you like to stay with ...?" YES!

I know someone else who told me that one day a month she says YES! to anything she is asked. I wanted to know what day that was! 

It's really about being open and while you might not see the gift in what you are being asked to do, trusting it is there. For instance today I may be invited to have lunch with someone at the conference. Instead of weighing that out and maybe wondering what that conversation would be like etc.. I could just say YES! right away. I could be eager for what that YES! had to gift me.
