Suits

Whale watching in Victoria waters was an exhilerating experience. But before we could get in the boat we had to put on our suits. They were whole body suits and weighed quite a bit. Inside them was a life jacket. Once in the suit and walking to the boat we felt heavy and hot. That didn't last long however once we got out into the open wavy waters. The suits protected us from the cold and sprayed water.

As we walk throughout our day we would be wise to wear a "suit" of another kind. A kindness suite perhaps. It would help us walk gently amongst each other. Judge less, love more sort of thing. We wouldn't feel it's weight, the lighter we are with each other. Try it for today. Be gentle with others no matter how high the waves are.
