We Have A Bat

A few weeks ago we discovered a bat, hanging upside down high up, in our backyard tree. This seemed very odd to us that it was sleeping out in the open. It appears he is doing his thing flying at night eating between 2000-6000 insects, though I haven't see him/her do so. Bats seem to have a good purpose.

When I first discovered it I was freeked out a bit. Now I've settled down, seeing we can co-exist. That's the thing I guess. We often find we are very different from others. The journey is to co-exist in peace. I won't bother you, you don't bother me. In a country like Canada we can even get to not just tolerating or accepting  people who are different than us but we actually celebrate each other. I like that.
