Something I need, begins with "C"

It is CLARITY. I need clarity. I need you to be clear with me about what you are trying to say. Don't beat around the bush; hint; guess that I know what you are trying to say; don't assume I know; just tell me with plain, clear language.

Does that sound like something you are wishing for as well? Do your family and friends make a lot of assumptions about you? Do you make a lot of assumptions about them? We all communicate every day and yet we still have trouble telling each other what we want to say. It amazes me.

I guess we are embarrassed, afraid, too shy, lack confidence, or all of the above to just say it! Now there is a "sidebar" about this. Is what you want to tell a person true? Is it really true? Will your comment build them up or tear them down? Is the comment more about you than them?

Speak, speak clearly, but be impeccable with your words.
