A Blank Slate

Each day is a blank slate. We can create what we want. Make it the best day or not. Today I'll be speaking about our society's idea that we are individuals. Lynne McTaggart brings to light some of the most recent scientific studies that say we are not. That something can only be seen when it is in relationship with something else. She also writes about their being no real demarcation line showing where you end and I begin. We have a bond.

We are healthier in relationships; live longer because of them and enjoy life more so because we are connected.
