I pray I know when to stay quiet.
I pray I know when to tell someone "I love you."
I pray I know what to eat and when.
I pray I know what to say and how to say it.
I pray I know when to ignore a comment made in haste.
I pray I know when to apologize for a comment made in anger.
I pray I know when to say I need help.
I pray I know how to say thank you for that help.
I pray I know how to stay gentle in the midst of my frustration.
I pray I know ... to pray first before I do or say anything.
