Water

Yesterday Bob and I went to Port Stanley to visit with friends and spend some time on the beach. I haven't been on the beach since May when we were in Naples. After a lot of driving around we finally found a place to park. We walked over and met our friends and we all journeyed to the beach with our arms full of the necessary beach items.

They are blanket, towels, umbrella, chairs, drinks, snacks, book, hat, suntan lotion and money. By the time you've packed up, carried all your stuff and unloaded it... you're ready for a rest!

But instead we headed for the water! The waves were glorious. The temperature was cold at first but amazingly our bodies warmed to it and we spent an hour or more jumping the waves and enjoying the fun. Water gives life in so many ways. We live so close to the beach. Have you been lately?
