Last night as Bob and I sat eating a sandwich at the Family Circle Restaurant we saw two police officers tackle a guy to the ground. He was on a bike, we missed the take down, but saw the wrestling on the ground.
It made me think that there are many worlds within this one.
My immediate world contains law abiding citizens, no drugs, no criminal acts, daytime activity and everyone in bed at night. Then there is another world that wakes up when I turn my lights out. The darkness brings forth the honest night time shift workers and those who at some point in their life have shifted from love and peace to anger and desperation perhaps. I am minimalizing but making the point that there is the free world and a world that imprisons both physically and emotionally.
It's always about choice. Where do you want to live? How do you want to show up? Have you learnt how to deal with your anger and frustrations in a healthy way? Have you learned the value of being a good citizen?
Today I choose love and peace. I set the intention to share myself at the highest level I can. I won't intentionally hurt anyone, I won't take what isn't mine. What is your intention for the day?
Pic.. Alberta.. choose the high watch.
